Even as you find your self in alignment with this truth, of receiving Our presence of love and in realizing how all-encompassing Our loving presence truly is, and how much We are present for you in each moment, there are residual aspects from your conditioning and experiencing in this life that are held in separation from this truth. This conditioning acts as a filter to Our loving, and this filter is the result of what you have experienced on the earth plane, throughout your life. This conditioned self aspect, has so longed for love and yet finds it hard to fully have acceptance that Our love is here, and is everything that you need and the only things that you will ever need. It is difficult, at times, for this conditioned self to fully believe that everything lives within you, and is fulfilled through this internal experience of receiving Our light. In part, the difficulty of embracing this truth arises from the habit and conditioning of always going outside of yourself for what you need, and from believing that what is outside of you defines you and fills you, and fulfills your life in its entirety. Your resistance also emerges as you move in and out of the God Self reality and back into the preexisting reality, that has been your predominant experience. This conditioned reality will have you question at times the truth that has been given, and as you move out of higher consciousness and your experience of Our loving and move back into your lives, such questioning and doubting of Our truth, and your own internal All-one-ness experience, will inevitably occur.

You see, it is frightening for you to trust in and to fully believe in this true Self and God Self experience. It is frightening to believe that the experience of Us, is all that sustains you, and to give over to this completely. It takes a deepening of surrender to this truth, and faith, for you to embrace and hold onto, as your reality, the truth that love is all that you need to hold onto. You have, as We have said, been so used to defining your existence from the external, rather than from the internal point of Our light and your higher Self being, that what is required is a leap of faith as well as increasing your experience of attunement to the light.

What complicates this matter is that even as you come to remind yourself often of this truth, through your daily meditation experience, the challenge is that the constant reminder—of what is not the truth, prevails in this world that surrounds you. There are constant bombardments from your friends, social, and familial interactions that in some way are all saying, "no, what you need to get is out there…or you have to be this way…like us…be a part of the established way of things." You face such challenges every day, and that is why God has to be your constant. You are going to need to come into the internal world often, very often, to keep aligning with the truth, with the loving and with the light, to create a buffer to this false world reality. The preexisting reality is already falling apart, on the collective level, but this has not been fully achieved yet, and so you always need to turn to the Source of your loving, inside of you, and the ever-flowing presence that is God Goddess, that is Our love, and Our light.

You have to clear your consciousness, often, of the contamination of thought forms, beliefs, and feelings that prevail and surround you, and indeed to bring into higher consciousness even those very beliefs that you yourself still hold, that magnetize you to the outer world belief. The best way to clear your energy, of other's thought forms or even your own, is to embrace love, and come into the peaceful and cooling energy of Our all-embracing loving.

TIDES OF THE HEART

The heart is like the cave of the Creator, whose tides move across the soft sands of our emotions and enter into the dwelling place, the deepest place, of the cave of our heart.

Its swift motion of feeling, changing in our moment to moment experience—where we find our alignment to the stars of the eternal, and feel the deep rhythm of universal mind, consciousness, and light.

At times the tides of our heart become awash with emotions that disturb us—the voices of our soul—whose memory is stirred by external events, or simply by something that had to arise from our depths, from our own personal void.

Our task is to allow the tides of our soul to wash us clean, to flow through us—as we listen, and allow all that our soul calls us to feel, to heal, and to love. Then the waters of our consciousness become clear. As the tide-pool calms and returns to peace and balance, then we may see even more clearly the depths of the heart of the divine, that we have then become more fully a part of—as we rode the tides of our feelings to the point of clarity. Then we arrive at a new level of joy, through our devotion and ability to be present with all that we feel. We are present to the journey of our soul, and all that it must feel and experience in order to come home—into the center of our own divine heart.

 Meditation
Today, and whenever the tides of your feelings are changing, call in the light and ask to be fully present with loving, as you allow the tides of your feeling, the tides of your soul and heart, to flow.

Within love's unconditional presence, allow the tides of your feelings to be expressed through you, express them out loud to Spirit, or converse with your inner child—in your imagination, or journal out the tides of your feelings. As you allow this expression, without fear of reprisals and without self-judgement, you truly receive your soul and the tide of feelings that he/she needs to express. Through receiving the tides of your heart, in this way, those feelings and their accompanying thoughts begin to run clear. Your feelings are like a stream that flow into the divine, and become healed, and you come into a deep state of peace, often with a new level of awareness.

Honor yourself, your sacredness, and all that you are, and all that you are feeling. For this is the pathway of return, returning everything that you are—and all that you are feeling, to love.

THE GARDEN OF MY HEART

There is a place of quiet, of divinity, where you may rest from this world. A place of love and of the deepest knowing, a place of infinite peace. This place rests within My heart, an inner terrain where the effervescence of the divine flows and where love is always given.

This is your shelter from the storm of the experiences and the uncertainties of your life and existence. It is a sanctuary of peace where everything is given, where Our love, the light of your Divine Father and I, is always present. We love you and We touch you and heal everything from within this sacred sanctuary, where Our soul meets your soul and where Our heart is found within your own. It is a picturesque place of such loving and healing and it is that which you are seeking and have always been seeking, through the many experiences of your life. It is a love that you always need and that is always found in the garden of My heart of loving.

As this world changes and continues to change, both within and around you, you are increasingly feeling the need to find a point of stability and centeredness that lies beyond this world of impermanence and illusion, where false images of yourself and others are continually being torn down and where the reality that you have known can be no more.

The anchor that you are seeking is the solution that has always been, and exists here inside of the garden of My heart. This center of truth and love within, provides a respite from those things that you struggle to change and seemingly feel powerless to transform.

And yet inside of Me, in this garden of reality--that is heaven waiting inside of you, you can begin to flower and be renewed in your strength and power as you seek to create change. Within this place of the sacred you come to seek from the well within, rather than struggling to be fed from the outer realm that contains and reflects only emptiness. The well of divinity holds the deepest level of love for you, this well that is My light held ever-present for you. I am the ever flowing river of love from which you may drink and take your fill, so that you may create an existence that comes to reflect this fullness of loving.

All change arises from within and is fed from the soul, who has need, the greatest need, to drink from the love within My soul, My light, and this garden of divinity. This soul (magnetic / feeling body) needs to be fed and to return to the true Source of his/her loving, which is the light, the light that exists inside of you, within the garden of My heart.

As your soul truly receives here, and as your heart is filled with heaven, as all wounds of struggling and trying, in separation and aloneness, are healed, then your connection to divinity is restored and transformation naturally occurs.

Through this connection to the place of divinity within, you finally realize that all that you have ever wanted is love, a love that is intricately connected to every part of your heart, soul, and being. For love, and the need for love, is underlying every other need that you have, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and materially.

As love is found and received from with Me, the unified Spirit that is both Mother and Father, essence and form, then you simply see and feel your existence in a different way, for you have come to see the light.

You come to rest upon the truth of love, and this truth in turn conveys to you that everything is created from the light within, that is of course fed by the river that is Our light and loving for you. So as the cup of Self is filled, as your soul's need becomes fulfilled, then every need is fulfilled though Our loving. Then you are freed, and your existence becomes an outpouring of the love, the light, and the divinity that you have found within. This divine essence then flows outward into your existence and creation thereby fulfilling every need and desire and transforming every situation in your life. All this arises as you come to deeply realize that everything rest within Our love, within this garden of everything, that is the divinity within you.

Integration, meditation experience.
I offer to you the opportunity to experience this reality of heaven within you and your life, by truly surrendering and open your energy field to receive from within the garden of rest, the garden of My heart and your divinity. This place is awaiting you and is always welcoming you to come and to drink from the well of Spirit within.

 Begin this process by taking a few deep breaths and connecting into your body, your heart and feeling centers.

In the next few moments you will visualize this garden of everything, of divinity and loving and you can connect to this in any way that you choose. Simply allow yourself to feel the loving that is present here for you, from Spirit and from My Spirit - your Divine Mother.

As you open your energy, through breathing into your feeling centers, you make your connection to loving.... Now imagine a sacred place, a paradise, a beautiful healing garden with the river of Our loving, of Mother Father God / of Spirit, just flowing to meet you in this place... Image and feel that in this sacred place there exists all the loving that you could need and that is here for you now... This loving is truly the answer to everything, every want or need that you have, and you recognize that as you fill yourself with the limitless love that is available to you, from this divine center, this fullness can then become the river of light and loving that flows through you into your life.

Take the time in this imagery to truly be nurtured, to be fed by peace and know that you are a daughter/son of Creation and that you are never left alone. For My love, Our love, is always with you. As you come home to this garden of divinity within, so you are made whole...
There is no more reaching or struggling for things on the outside any more, for the external is but a mirror of the creation and existence inside of your soul, inside of your heart, that you are now filling with the love of All-That-Is. It is time to see, and to feel this realization fully within yourself now, so that you need not struggle any more.

Come to see yourself in this landscape of heaven, the place of loving inside of you... Come to feel that you are always loved and healed here. This inner sacred place is your sanctuary where you are always wanted and fully received. Come sit beside Me and the healing waters of heaven and drink your fill...

Come to this place often, for the answer to everything is love, to turn within and to find the love that exists beyond form.

 Know that as you come to Me here, to rest and receive from the garden of heaven inside of Me and your own heart, then things will become far easier for you in your life and your existence. You will come to realize that you are not alone, and to deeply know that everything is created from within this place of heaven's light inside of you. Therefore to create the opportunity to receive, as part of a daily meditation practice, can create profound change. The transformation of experience, of Self and your life truly can occur at a moment's notice, for as you drink from the well of Our love within, then love in all of its forms and manifestations can truly begin to flow in your life.

Older than the world they have stood, anchored and anchoring the energies of this earth, and reaching to the beyond, to the stars. To reach and to draw unto this planet their consciousness of light. Patiently waiting for the turning of the tide, for a time when we are ready to look beyond the small self and all of its creations. A time when we break through the illusions that have bound us to form, keeping us from believing in something that is greater, that is reflected back to us in the stars and all that glistens in the heavens. We have waited for this changing time, the time of turning to the great Spirit within, and the great Spirit that inhabits infinite space, that is our Source of all sustainment, our Source of boundless love.

So the Ancients have come, they have answered our need for help, stirring from the resting place, breaking through the great structures that have harbored them, in time and space. Now, to break through those forms, returning to the their true nature and presence of light, a light that holds such brilliance that it startles our eyes. That same light that shakes us from our delusions of a false reality, and clears our vision for the truth to be born, that our eyes may only see the vision that is now afforded us, that vision of our truth born through the presence of our soul’s innocence, a vision that is born from love.

In this moment of our birth in awareness, the heavens open and a cascade of stars descend, awakening us to our true experience, our destiny to live within the flow of this Universal light, to exist within heaven and allow each step on our pathway to be an act of creation, filled with the miracle of many blessings. Here we stand wide-eyed and surrendered to our truth, to our innocence-that at long last enables us to see not only our selves, but also each other, in our true nature, as we, as a collective, turn to dance towards the light.

THE CALL TO FREEDOM

Within the depths of your heart and mind, you know that you are being called to freedom. Your are called to the freedom from thinking that you are small, the freedom from thinking that God has abandoned you, and the freedom from feeling that the love that you need, comes from something or someone other than God Goddess.

This is a time of change on this earth planet; this IS the time of awakening, right here and right now. There is no more waiting for some external event to occur for you to begin living your truth and expressing your light on this earth. This is a time for freedom; this is a time for loving your selves so deeply, and embracing God so completely, that you open the door to truly living within the eternal nature of your True Self being, living completely from the Source and from the love that is inside of you.

Those things that you have rested yourself upon, the old foundation of reliance is gone, it exists no more, and so struggle with it no longer. You can no longer grasp for, or try to cling onto, that which is no more and that was a foundation of falsehood and illusion anyway.

It is time to rest instead upon the strength within you, that arises from the Source of All-That-Is, which has existence in each moment. It is the only truth, and it is All that you have to rely on in these changing times. As the old structures crumble and die, you are born anew, you are born into freedom, into love, and into awakening, and this truth prevails beyond anything that you do or say, beyond all that has already been your existence and your experience. For My children of the earth plane, it is time for you to break free, to break through the pre-existing reality and to come home to truth, to nestle within the arms of love that are holding you, as I am holding each of you right now, and throughout the day.

The arms of heaven await you, love is the open door inside of your heart, and so it is time to awaken, to leave your self-doubts and fears and worries behind, and stand forth and follow me. For I am the way and I am the light, and who believeth in me shall rest within heaven, the heaven that lies within you, the heaven that is calling you home to light, to freedom and to existing within the home of All-That-Is, all of the time.

So take respite in this, take respite from all of your fears and worried thinking. Trying to change things, take action and create safety or security, through external reality and doing, is not going to work any more. It is only through ‘being’, that change will come, being with Me, being within the loving, deeply feeling and connecting to the purpose that Mother Father God, and Spirit, has for you. Turn from the darkness of a world reality that cannot sustain you any more, and instead turn towards the peace and the loving that is growing inside of you in each day. Turn to Our love, to Our heart, come and feed yourself from that one place that can truly nourish you, and give to you everything that you need, which most of all is Our love, for love is the foundation of the new reality created on this earth plane at this time, and Our love can only be received by turning within.

As you receive from this well of sustenance, from the Holy Spirit of God Goddess within your heart, within your soul, and higher mind, you are fed the completeness of your being, and with this everything will be revealed to you and everything else will follow. You will rest within the arms of heaven within your soul, heart, and mind and recognize yourself in your perfection of All-That-Is, and you will linger no more in the darkness, for you will have drank from the cup of Our love and will want for nothing more.

This is Our fulfillment and Our promise to you this day, and every day; come home into Our loving, come home into Our light, and We shall make you and this world brand new, for the tide is changing and it is time for you to come into love, and to walk in the freedom that resting in the arms of love will give you.

CONTRASTING REALITIES

Channeling from Divine Spirit

There are two realities, very distinct, very different, that are converging on this earth plane at this time.
The reality of fear is being heightened, and reflected in the changing times on this material plane. This reality of fear is so prevalent, that it would be easy for you to merge with it, and create your life experience based on this prevalent reality, at this time.

However there is a choice that is being presented to you at this time, a choice of great transformation, and this choice is the lesson underlying this time of contrasting realities and collective transformation.

The choice is-how do you wish to use your power?’ And implicit within this choice is: which reality do you wish to exist within and live by?

The alternate reality, a true reality, is of course based on love, a reality that exists in union with all that is love, and union with love and light, where you come to realize your true power and potential.

Power has everything to do with these two contrasting realities. Those who choose to exist in fear-based conceptions of themselves, and what is happening in this world will, find a fulfillment of that relative truth, in that those thoughts and things they believe and say to themselves and others, will come to be the existing and future reality for them. Thoughts are things, and so are feelings, and although there is no judgment around this, the thoughts and feelings that remain prevalent in an individual’s consciousness will find themselves projected onto the outer world reality, and will be self-fulfilling. This is the extent for your power, everything within you has power, your thoughts and the reality you choose has power, the power to contract you and diminish your experience or the power to expand, uplift, and more greatly define your experience, through joy and liberation. This includes the way that you see, think about, and regard your self.

But there is hope, because this fear-based reality can be changed in an instant, it can be changed through love. One of the great advantages to being here in your physical body, is that thought-forms do not create external reality immediately. It is rather the culmination of negative or fearful thoughts and feelings about your self and this world that eventually becomes manifested in your self, world and life. This delay gives you time to choose, to notice the fear, and to bring it into healing and love, to choose a different reality in a moment.

You see love is always here, waiting in each moment to transform your fearful thought and feeling forms into light. There is an opportunity in each moment, to offer your feelings unto the temple or altar of God Goddess, All – That – Is, and be healed. Through this act of surrendering, any pattern of thinking and feeling can be healed, and love is then received in return, and everything is brought into the domain of oneness that is God Goddess. The love of All-That-Is, is always available. Love is always here, and the presence of surrendering takes you out of your struggle, or even denial or suppression of what you are feeling or thinking, and merges your consciousness with love, and then you avail yourself to your true power within God. A power that is capable of transforming everything in a single moment, in a single day. For within the presence of love, fear cannot prevail, and neither can the distortions that you have, perhaps unknowingly, created for yourselves.

Love, and the creation and connection to love and feeling love’s presence within you, returns you to your true power, because it returns you to light, the love of God and Spirit, and most of all it returns you to the loving within yourself, for yourself, that avails you to your power, the power to say "yes" to everything.

You cannot mask fear through denying it, suppressing it, pushing it away, or by judging it. Instead you return fear to love, by opening your heart to Me–Father Mother Spirit, by opening up your feelings to Us and to Our love. You open to Our love, by letting everything out, setting it upon the altar of Our consciousness, and ask for Us to take this material from you. Ask and you shall receive. Be willing to open up, give it over, express it all, and then be willing to surrender to the power of heaven, of love, and light within you and within Me, and then great transformation will and can occur.

Through this return to union, is the return to innocence and love, that love that I have for you, as well as the love that this healing will open up within you for your self. Then we can stand together within the light of creation and re-creation, and create a new reality and experience for you, one that is based on love.

If or when, it is difficult for you to believe in your power to turn things around, and to achieve this new reality level, then I say-turn to the power that is within Us, the Mother and Father Creator, believe in Our power, that is so great and magnificent-it even created you, and this beautiful world that you inhabit. Believe in this power, Our power, and the door to trusting and opening to your true power, opens, because you exists within Us, and our presence is a part of your light and the truth of who you are.

Know that our love and compassion is endless, and even if or when a soul chooses to exist in, and create, a fear-based reality, love is still there, helping, waiting, loving and providing everything that soul can allow themselves to open to, and receive. Love is always here for everyone, but to actualize this realization within you, and your life, you must turn to Us, turn to the altar of power, truth, and love within you, and then find rest, there find peace, and continue to turn to Our power, Our love, and Our light until the shift towards love, and existence within love, begins to occur.

Even as you begin to feel the impact of this love within you, and within your life, it is so important to integrate this connection to Our love as a daily practice, because the old reality is still seductive, because you have existed within it for so long. So in order to create the change and, maintain the change, listen not to others-whose thought-forms are dominated by the pre-existing reality. Instead listen to Us, listen to love, turn to the light, and the voice of God within you, and know that all will be well, all will be well, as you have returned home to love and love will prevail.
AWAKENING TO LOVE

Channeling By the Divine Mother
The Introduction of a new book that is in the process of being written.


This book takes you on a journey, a journey into love, a journey into your own light that is hidden, embedded within your own consciousness, but also obscured by the reality and existence that you have lived. This existence and experience has been one of living without love, and from such an existence a whole reality of self and life has been created that is not true. What is true about you is that you each have a gift of love, and a power within you that is so great, that once discovered, impacts the old world reality, a false world reality, that begins to crumble and die. All that has been given to you, your self-concept, your ideas about this world and yourself in this world, begin to crumble because such ideas were not born from love. Your self-concepts are based on lies of separation, and ideas of surviving in a world where you have felt very alone. This false world and self reality, has also been fed by false ideas: that you are not love and that you are wrong or have been wrong in some way, even for being your self.

Well I am here to tell you the truth about yourself. This truth is: that you are created from light, you exist within love and so love is a part of you, in fact love is everything that you are. Out of this experience of love, the truth Self is born and a new existence is created. Everything that you are, as your true Self-existence, has as its foundation this love. God is this love and I, the Goddess, the Divine Mother of All, exist as this love. And this same love, this essence of the divine, is within you.

As the awakening to love becomes fully realized, and as this discovery of you–as love, becomes integrated into your self and life, then, there is no room left within your consciousness, for the lies that have propagated a painful existence. The old begins to crumble as a new foundation is created, and you awaken to yourselves as my divine sons and daughters of Creation. Your existence becomes one of joy, of living out your fullest potential and expression of light and Divine Selfhood. You essentially become free.

Although the awakening that I describe, may seem like a distant dream, a fantasy even, the means through which this ideal becomes a reality is through the ever-constant energy of My love, the love that you now open to within yourself. Through this love, every fear, doubt, or disturbance that you feel, is accepted and embraced. Through this unconditional embrace, love transforms those feelings and thoughts about yourself, and others, that have held you, and bound you, and caused you great pain.

The transformation of consciousness on this planet, truly occurs through the embrace and loving acceptance of what is, of what is held inside of you, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. Through this embrace of love, through your divine nature, then pain, disharmony, fear, and anger, come to find peace through unconditional love and divine acceptance, through the divine feminine. In other words, you find from within the Self, and the Godhead, the divine feminine that is all-embracing, ever loving, and ever-ready to hold you in My arms and tell you that you are loved. From the truth of divinity you discover that you are perfect, that you are wanted, and that all is forgiven-that has been based on an old reality that you have lived and experienced, before you found love, before you discovered the divine feminine within.


MEDITATION 'Footsteps in the Sand'

(We suggest you read the following meditation through, a couple of times, and then allow yourself to following the inner journey, creating it in your mind's eye and imagination)

Take a few deep cleansing breaths, and imagine white light descending from heaven, cleansing your mind, body, and feelings.

Now imagine that you are stood upon a seashore. There is no-one else there but you. The waves gently lapping upon the shore. The sun is shining and you are feeling warm and comfortable.

Take a few moments to enjoy this experience in your imagination.

Now imagine that you look back down the shore line. You see the many steps that you have taken, in the old reality of your self and life. Now imagine a surge of gentle waves move upon the beach, and completely erases these old footprints.

Take a few deep breathes, as you imagine this, imagining the waves of the ocean, the waves of Spirit, releasing and erasing all that has been you and your life, up until this moment of time.

Now, you are free to look forward, upon the virgin sand that is clean, open, and ready for you to sculpture a new existence, to create a completely new reality for yourself and your life.

You are not limited by what has been or who you thought yourself to be, all that is wiped clean now. You are completely free to create a new reality within heaven.

So take some time now, in imagining this experience. Imagine you are taking a step forward, feeling your feet slightly sinking into the sand, and new footprints are formed as you walk this way, moment to moment, one step at a time.

As you walk upon this beautiful shoreline, you see there are objects left in the sand. These objects are signs and symbols given by Spirit, to indicate to you what you may be creating, what you may choose to create, as well as symbols of the essence of who you are NOW, as this creative, light-filled being.

So take a few moments to imagine and experience this, and as you come upon an object/symbol, in the sand, pause for a few moments and ask the question:
What does this object/symbol represent for me? what is your message for me, Spirit, through this symbol/object?

And now you decide to sit quietly for a few moments, looking at the sunlight dancing upon the waves. It is so beautiful here, in this place that you are imagining, so very beautiful.

You seem to sense a presence that joins you here. You might imagine it as an angel, or wise teacher, who has come to sit beside you, to counsel you and reassure you, at this time.

Sit quietly and feel their presence and feel or imagine what they might say to you.

After conversing for a few moments, you prepare yourself for leaving this place, for right now, knowing you can return at any point, to continue creating the new reality for yourself and your life, that this journey and place represents for you.

You thank your guide, for their counsel, and take once last glance upon the ocean and horizon, and when you are ready you return and open your eyes.
